Smoking in the apartment is prohibited. There is a smoking area outside, at the front of the building.
Please note that the cleaner will only maintain the cleanliness of the property and will not clean excess mess or dishes.
Please kindly dispose of rubbish in the provided waste bins and leave your rinsed dishes in the dishwasher.
There will be a charge deducted from your deposit for any broken/misuse of furniture or damage to walls and an additional cleaning charge for leftover 預訂旅館mess.
All guests must be 21 or over (excluding families with children).
A photographic driver's licence/passport is required to show at check-in. Please inform City Center Financial District Three Bedroom Duplex Apartment in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of GBP 50 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

苗栗縣通霄鎮73歲邱姓老翁日前接獲詐騙集團電話，以假冒檢察官方式詐騙被害人名下帳戶涉及洗錢防制法等罪名，須配合調查，詐騙85萬元得逞。警方查出廖姓少年等人涉有重嫌，循線逮捕到案。
警方表示，詐騙集團車手租用白牌計程車作為交通工作使用，交付假冒的台北地方法院檢察署監管科收據文件，警方採集假文件上的指紋，比對出廖姓少年詐騙車手的身分，經傳喚廖姓少年到案，坦承因缺錢花用，擔任詐騙車手。
警方後續持續追蹤布線查緝，循線查緝廖姓少年同夥徐姓少年及陳姓少年到案，全案經偵訊後依刑法詐欺罪嫌移送苗栗地檢署偵辦。
通霄警分局表示，提醒民眾如接獲可疑電話，可立即向附近警察單位或電話撥打110、165詢問是否為詐騙案件，及請求協助防止被騙，另提醒民眾地檢署並無監管科及監管文書，如果收到此類關鍵字即為詐騙集團。
日前大法官會議針對名模林若亞聲請釋憲案，做出釋字第745號解釋，薪資所得特別扣除定額、不能列報必要費用屬違憲，部分行業應適用執行業務所得的比例扣除部分。政治大學財政學系教授黃明聖表示，有些人賺了30萬，可扣除12.8萬；有些人賺了500萬，卻還是只能扣除12.8萬，「舊制是不合理的，我贊同大法官意見，我也建議財政部可用級距比例去扣除。」
所謂薪資所得特別扣除定額，即納稅人現行每人每年薪資所得特別扣除額最高為12.8萬元，但如果申報的薪資所得沒有超過12.8萬元，那麼只可以扣除申報的薪資所得額。目前財政部將依大法官釋字第745號解釋內容，於2年內提出所得稅法修正草案，估計540萬薪資所得申報戶有望受惠。
黃明聖表示相當贊同大法官的裁決，但他認為財政部可以修正的更簡潔。「我建議用最簡單的方法，就是所有職業都用級距比例去扣除就好。」他認為，現行的稅制一律用12.8萬元扣除，但推薦訂房各行各業可能也有不同支出如治裝費、交通費等，那不如就都以級距方式做扣抵比例設計，像各類事務所支出部分可以用比例扣抵，未來一般的薪資所得者應該也要有比例扣抵才較為公平。
